So yesterday my ScpToolkit game controller driver malfunctioned (nothing to do with this build, it happens on any version of Windows), and I went to reboot. This is what happened instead.
Even tried unplugging all non-essential drives, and decrypting the BitLocker.
Crashes when booting normally and when going into recovery.
Relevant system specs:
Motherboard: ASRock Z270 Extreme4
Bootup type: Legacy
Windows version: Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview x64 build 17017

I'm now running Windows 7 x64 but will upgrade again in the near future.
