Method 1

Restart your device

Device power completely off for about 15 seconds, After power it back on and attempt to stream again.

Update or re install Apps

If you are using Netflix apps so update or reinstall apps again from Google store then your problem has solved.

Clear Netflix application data

1) Navigate to Settings.
2) Under Device, choose Application manager.
3) Select Netflix.
4) Choose Clear data, then OK.
5) Re-enter the Netflix application and try playing again.

Try a deferent network internet

1) Try a deferent network internet if you used 3g or
