Trying to get my ZX Spectrum Next to display correctly on my Sony PVM RGB CRT.

The screen keeps rolling on my Sony RGB monitor.

Using a VGA to BNC cable.
Monitor: SONY PVM20M2MDU
Using the VGA Config file, changed scan doubler setting to: scandoubler=0
