The final installment of this 3-part Sega CD Series. In this video, I show how to replace the failure-prone surface mount capacitors. While this system was not showing obvious signs of failure, they are old, and at over 25 years old now, it's time for replacement. This can also help some cases such as bad video/audio, power issues and other problems
