How to fix kubernetes/cloud-provider-aws.

I create clusterConfiguration.yaml and apply the configuration by command: kubectl apply -f clusterConfiguration.yaml

But i got this error after executing it:
Couldn't reconcile node routes: error listing routes: unable to find route table for AWS cluster: kubernetes
