After scrolling past the sixth slot (sometimes called Glitzer Popping), it is possible to also corrupt the bag and the items in it. This can result in corruption of the TMs and Berries pockets, making them unusable.

The items inside these pockets are all completely intact, but the amount of items is corrupted. We can fix this by putting some new items (items you have x0 of) into the pocket, so the game will correct this on its own.

I don't know exactly how reliably this will work, but it worked for me and it's worth documenting.
