In this video I go over a few of the things that I try to do to fix my art when drawing my Blackstone comic. I get artist block from time to time and I have to try and be inventive on how to keep producing my work. Sometimes trying new ways of creating your forms can open the door. I will often paint in large shapes of shadows to get the gears turning and that is mainly the technique that I cover here. I also show you how I struggle with certain aspects of my art and not to let it get you down. You just have to fight through it and your art will grow in that process. Anyone has the ability to become a great artist, the real question is do you have the love to stay with it? IMO.
