Fizzle Streams: Indie Horror Grab-Bag #1 (Missing Hiker/Mimic Search/The Complex: Found Footage)
1Today, we're gonna be doing something a little bit different... Something I haven't done in years, back when I used to play random indie games from GameJolt. This time around, we're doing a little medley of indie horror games that are just a bit too short to really warrant their own entire stream by themselves; games that all share the fact they're all indie horror games with a bit of a VHS/Found Footage sort of aesthetic!
To start off, we'll be checking out Missing Hiker by Gemezl where we're searching for our brother, Ethan, before he succumbs to the inclement weather.
Game number two will be Mimic Search, also by Gemezl, but in this one we take the role of a police officer who has been called out to investigate a recent Mimic attack and to neutralize the threat (if we can).
Then, finally, we'll be ending with a look at The Complex: Found Footage developed by pgWave, where we'll be wandering aimlessly as we attempt to escape a dreamlike and labyrinthian structure inspired by the Backrooms. What mysterious and liminal terrors will we stumble across in our journey?
