Playthrough of my favorite Doom 2 level wads, Project Slipgate. A short story about this wad, it was created by two people, Bryant and Kevin Robinson. It basically mostly takes influences. mainly Quake 1 textures and made it into their own twist of their own idea. There is no music on this one, but it has some creepy ambient sounds; some are from Quake 1, but some are original so it keeps the level tenser and suspense. I've played through this many times with different gameplay mods and the whole level wad feels well done, even though its only 11 levels. Wish they could make more like this. Then again, I enjoyed the whole thing through.

This is actually my favorite level out of this Project Slipgate for reasons. 1.) It has a very nice architect setting up like it's an actual Cathedral. 2.) Pasting is promising where the more you defeat enemies in the room and move on to the next, the more you would not expect a setup like this. 3.) They did a good job with the GZDoom lighting and fogs that give this map an edge in the atmosphere department that they going for.
