Being the first cyberpunk game I ever played, Flashback is both important and nostalgic for me. It's a sweet example of those action/puzzle platformers from the early 90's that only had a few similar contemporaries. Complete with rotoscoped player character animations, sick, punchy sound effects, and cheeseball dialog, Flashback is a typical, but fun look into the very cybery, very vertical future that awaits us all in just a little over a hundred years.
