Flipped Farters?! Part #42: Petroleum Rocket to a Radioactive Ocean (ONI: Spaced Out!)
0In this VOD of my Flatulent-only ONI: Spaced Out run, we finish off our Puft ranching complex and get a Small Petroleum Rocket set up to go and explore the cluster. We also do some reconnaissance on the Radioactive Ocean and decide to send our ever-accumulating Dupes there after a poll from chat. We also start exporting our Steel out to other asteroids and start to get the rest of our Oil Wells set up for our increased Petroleum usage. We get Fartissimo set up with a nice plumbed bathroom and plant our first Arbor Tree of the run! Hopefully the first of many. Cycles 704-722 are in this video.
The overall aim of the run is to get to the late game without the performance issues that have sort of crippled previous runs. So we're going to keep a low dupe count (probably around 10 per asteroid max long term), a responsibly managed critter population, and do our best to tidy up the materials on our various asteroids. Hopefully we'll end up making some interesting designs without losing all of our frames!
