Flood Myths From Across the World
1,009An age old scenario: ancient humanity becomes corrupt or problematic, so a higher power elects to wipe the slate clean and begin the world anew. They send a great deluge, flooding the world and killing all save for select survivors who go on to recreate the world. Nearly 200 different flood myths exist across the world, from the Epic of Gilgamesh to Noah's Ark. This program will summarize and compare a handful of the many flood myths, and dive into any possible truths behind the great flood!
MYTHOLOGY HAS BEEN TOLD AND RETOLD IN MANY FORMS ACROSS TIME, STORIES AND ACCOUNTS MAY VARY.
