HELLO ladies and gentlemen while Sandra prepares for the next game play let's picture our selves joining her for some floor exercises.
With the music bumbling in the background let's do simple workouts.
Workouts that we can turn some of these exercises into dance moves. Ladies and gentlemen are ready for a workout that will get your heart rate racing lightly. For this workout you'll need a 5 pound dumbell or a full water bottle that will represent as a dumbbell and be seated on a floor or chair . This is four minutes a workout so let's have a great time together today .
