Now that the anime's finished I decided to transcribe this little piece and deliberately made it look like how it looked in the anime (e.g. not using dotted notes as often). I might extend from it for other transcriptions in the future.
I don't know the actual title but I called it that because that's what Vivy said it was based on her memories from the singularity project. It's similar to the credited ending theme ヴィヴィ (Vivy) by 神前 暁 (Kousaki Satoru) but I wanted to differentiate it from the ending theme, and it's a 20 year long composition for Diva (her original persona) based on her previous 85 years (65 when met by Matsumoto the bot + 20 years he mentioned when she completed it).

There seems to be about four variations of this theme: This composition, the ending theme, the final theme (sung at the end of episode 13) and the rogue AI acapella version (uses some detuning and the 0-6 cranky horror chord types however you call them)
