Someone suggested I should try the spaceship version of the Backwards Bike ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MFzDaBzBlL0 )
The point of this is to show that with experience I've built up a mental model that bypasses my higher thinking allowing my higher brain to delegate basic flight control to other parts of my brain. This works well, until the model is reversed and those well trained responses actually work against me, reacting before my higher level brain can remind it the controls are reversed.
