A while ago, The Game Theorists channel put out a video talking about how the Blob is fueled by the Agony infused in the relics of the Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise, taking them from their exhibits at the Pizzaplex and incorporating them into itself in order to grow stronger.

However, in Fazbear Frights Tales from the Pizzaplex, the epilogue to Lally’s Game tells us some events that took place during the construction of Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex. If this epilogue is to be believed, the creation of and the Agony that brought the Blob to life in the first place may have come from a different source. While MatPat’s Game Theory does explain why certain animatronics and parts are in the Blob, the book explains what may have come from before to lead to that in the first place.
