For RPGS: Random Encounters or Visible Enemies?
Random Encounters, a mechanic in RPGs used to create combat scenarios. Despite Random Encounters being a source of adding friction, many feel the mechanic is outdated and want it removed. But at the same time, if players has too much control, will they just use it to avoid combat altogether?
