Crisis level is set to 25 with all Crisis, last Crisis is at 100 x Crisis level. Game is set to Grand Admiral scaling from mid game and mid game set for year 2225. The Khan could spawn any time after 2225 and all AIs are buffed to the highest level possible for vanilla Stellaris. Enjoy the game.
