Also, thumbnail, while not noticeable, might be slightly different today, mainly because the program I'm using for this computer, is kind of dead now, and now I'm using my main art program to make thumbnails.
I'm sorry in advance.

Welcome to EOIIHD, which one of the remasters of the three ds games, especially part of EOrigins. I started on this one, instead of one, because, I want the very first to be the last to be tackled on this channel. All will be played with difficulty manipulation (Expert for the most part in recording, with Picnic for offscreen grinding.)
This part tackles some quests, the forest unsealing, beating up Golem and Drake, and exploration of 26F completely in both times. And on the first one, well it's not really a difficult quest, just kill a bunch of souped up Venombugs, but the most notable thing is the weapon you get upon defeating them, which has a number of quests that does this in the post game, and the weapon we get... is the Ygg Staff, and most weapons that you get upon finishing the task/quest, are absolutely terrible. They were supposed to be an alternative easy "ultimate" weapon that you can get, but they all share the same problem:
1.) 210 ATK seems pretty good right? But that's it, just more ATK points, and no bonus Stat increases. "There is more to power than just ATK points."
2.) All of them have 0.1 speed modifier, likely your member going last, and die before they can even attack. Why would you want this?
Anyways, after that we unseal the forest with the very cool chief Canaan, so we can explore more, and make a sword fall to the lowest floors, which you can kind of easily guess where it went. Anyway, we fight Golem here, as we pull and let the sword fall. Golem has been a staple boss in the series, except 4 and 5. And either can be a tough one or a joke one.. and it's the later. It's still very strong, if he ever uses his skills, but since it's also one of the bosses that you can instant kill, It's just as easy as ABC, which will also drop it's conditional. And one thing to note, remember why I mark those empty ends with FOE, because as soon as you unseal the forest, they are now there. Well sadly, they're a very heavy beat stick, so kill them as fast as you can. While I want to explore more of 26F, I'll do that after finishing some quests, and talking to townspeople.
Well there are a number of quests, and number of them as well we can't do, but we try to go for the Drake quest, since it's now available, and the last of the innkeeper's daughter's/Drake quest line. It's an easy one to where to find her, and we found her, and we're going to go way home, except boom not, it's the 3 headed ice dragon, Drake, and we gotta stop them from murdering more townspeople and explorers, so we went to find them, and beat their a-word. Drake or Blizzard King in modern EO as always, has been in every game, and one of the trio dragons. While most of the time you have you have to only use anti-elem/elem wall skills in 1st, and for every like 5-6 turns, sadly this version of Drake, you'll still end up spamming Ice Wall every turn, mainly because of 0 point, which can instant kill any members, aside from heavy ice damage, and you don't absolutely want that. But doing that leaves you vulnerable with their other attack, Shower, which is why this boss is absolutely annoying. And here you can also see the bad AGI/accuracy of the Gunners, despite most people claiming as one of the best classes. I just wish the devs, even from the vanilla version are never afraid to just make them better, which they did on later games. And with that, we defeated the boss, we saved the daughter, and also get the worst ultimate whip, Ice Vine.
Anyway, since I'm running out of letters to type, I'll make brief of 26F.
You can only fully explore it by utilizing both day and night. Day allows you to explore the left side, while Night allows you to explore the right side and the only way to get to the stairs. Oh and if it shifts at night while exploring the Day part and you step on the warp, you get to the Night area, and vice versa. With that painful exploration, we get new floors, which means more new quests. And that ends there.
Next time, clearing a buncha quests, including the next post game bosses to beat, so yeah no exploration. Also the premonition of battle, I cancelled, we will do it after the next part.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy!
