Foregone the new Dead Cells? [30 sec Review]
28Foregone is a 2D action-platformer which is a homage to the very popular Dead Cells. This 30 second review is a quick insight into the game and what can be said at the current moment.
One of the first things everybody (me included) thought, that this is a spinoff of Dead Cells or that it is the same engine. But that doesn't seem to be the case. The company behind Foregone is Big Blue Bubble Inc and not Motion Twin. As it stands the game does look and feel like dead cells which is an accomplishment, but since this is an early access title you cannot expect it to be (for now) on par with the juggernaught Dead Cells. It defently has huge potential because first, it looks gorgeous and second it plays fluid. The focus of this Foregone is a handcrafted linear experience with a skilltree in contrast to the randomly generated levels of Dead Cells.
The key was gifted by the developer (which I requested). There is no sponsorship or any payed contract between me and the developer. So, thanks a lot for that game Big Blue Bubble, hopefully this game will be a big success for you guys.
