Finally we raid the resource recovery unit in the forest, after receiving that objective like 10 episodes ago. And by "too strong for me", I mean the feels are too strong, or rather the raw emotion. Watching 9S losing it like that - seeing him change from the character is was - is both very interesting, and equally difficult...

And again, mad props to Kyle McCarley for killing it as 9S' voice!

9S has grown a lot more dark and cold, and while the machines here are with the enemy, it's still a surprise to see coming from him. All the little things he's learned throughout his journey in Routes A and B are being disregarded now, because it's a very hard thing to do to humanize the enemy, or someone you hate, and 9S has a good reason to hate the machines for what they did to YoRHa and (from his perspective) how they helped put 2B into the situation that killed her.

But that end with the machine that was goading 9S to kill him, even going to the point of calling him a coward... that was far more powerful than I was expecting. It was so f***ed up. I feel horrible for having done it (unintentionally), but at the same time, 9S is being put through so much s*** that's been testing his character and morals.

It's a really tough thing to have to face, and after what he's already been through, it's tough to watch this go on...
