Forest Rules:
- Defensive formations can’t be set up in the forest
- Defensive formations can’t move into a forest
- Defensive formations can’t stay in a forest outside of combat
- You don’t need to attack a group of units if they are using the forest to advance/skirmish/kite

Defensive formations:
- Don’t include mobile units that primarily stay outside formation
Aren’t advancing/skirmishing/kiting
- If it’s unclear if a unit is part of a formation, assume it is
- A defensive formation is in the forest when half of its unit cards are touching, entering, or exiting the forest
