2With the shadow of Baron Hildebolt growing ever weaker, it's time to consolidate our strength, fix what’s broken, and make our final preparations. In this pivotal episode of Manor Lords season 3, we tie up supply issues, lay foundations for expanded military might, and begin the final push toward a showdown that will define the fate of our realm.
The spotlight remains on Eichenhau, where supply chains—particularly fuel and food—have been unreliable. After last episode’s bold redesign, today we begin to stabilize production, reassign labor, and get vital resources flowing again. No more short-term fixes—it’s time to streamline the economy and build for war.
But survival isn’t enough anymore. We’re going on the offensive.
This episode also marks the beginning of a massive military expansion. To field more Retinue, we must first build new manors—each the cornerstone of a future fighting force. Construction begins in:
Eichenhau, where newly freed space from last episode’s rework makes room for a manor at the heart of the restructured town.
Waldbrand, leveraging the pond-fed food economy to support a local force.
Goldhof, where land is tight but a strategically placed manor will give us a northern foothold in any coming campaign.
These three manors will allow us to summon and train additional Retinue, forming the core of our military strategy as we prepare for the inevitable final battle.
