Forging it on piece and then carving a ton of details into the handle. This video shows some great blacksmith forging and a ton of stock removal techniques to create detail. Blade and Soul did an amazing job designing this sword and it was fun bringing Twilight's Edge to life to celebrate the launch of Revolution.
