Method 1: Reset Screen Time Passcode with Apple ID
Go to Settings - Screen Time - Change Screen Time Passcode - Turn Off Screen Time Passcode.
Tap “Forgot Passcode?”
Enter the Apple ID and password used to set up Screen Time.
Once verified, Screen Time will be turned off.
You can also turn off App & Website Activity below.
Method 2: Remove Screen Time Passcode with 4uKey (No Data Loss)
Download and install Tenorshare 4uKey.
Connect your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer, then enter your device passcode.
Go to Settings - Apple ID - Find My and turn off Find My iPhone.
Enter your Apple ID password to confirm.
Back in 4uKey, click Remove Screen Time Passcode and hit Start to Remove.
Your device will restart — once it's done, the passcode will be gone.
Method 3: Erase Your Device with Recovery Mode (Data Will Be Erased)
Back up your device using iTunes or Finder.
Put your iPhone into recovery mode:
Press Volume Up, then Volume Down, then hold the Side button until you see the recovery screen.
On your computer, choose Restore when prompted.
iTunes/Finder will download iOS and reset your device.
After rebooting, set it up as new or restore from backup.
If you hit the activation lock screen, enter the device passcode to unlock it.
