- Lead Survivors receive a bonus based on a job match. (The bonus is based on the rarity (+4 for Uncommon, +8 for Rare, +12 for Epic, +16 for Legendary - These bonuses scale with evolutions as well)
- Squad members receive a 25% bonus based on a personality match to their Leader.
- Bonuses are based on the squad member ability matches being completed.
Fortitude – Increases health and health regen rate by 1% per point
Offense – Increases ranged and melee weapon damage by 1% per point
Resistance – Increases shield and shield regen rate by 1% per point
Tech – Increases trap damage, ability damage, gadget damage, and healing done by 1% per point
Team Fortitude, Offense, Resistance and Tech apply these upgrades to the rest of the active players by that amount.
