Before you start doing the mission make sure you’ve taken a look at the Active Modifiers of the mission so you know what you’ll have to build with. NEVER try doing a mission that has Ice Storm, Metal Corrosion, and Wall Weakening. It’s impossible to do on your own.
In case you didn’t know Fire Husk do more damage to Wood Structures, Water Husk do more damage to Brick Structures, and Nature Husk do more damage to Metal Structures. So doing the mission with those 3 Active Modifiers is impossible, maybe with the help of another constructor but I’ve never tried.

The way this works is that the game only spawns a certain amount of husk at a time so if you don’t kill any no more husk should spawn, I think it’s around 20-30 husks that can spawn. So if you trap does husk and keep distracting those husk no more will spawn even the Mini Boss won’t spawn.
If their are Mist Monsters which will usually be Blasters, kill them. You may be able to trap them but they’ll glitch out, killing them makes 1 other random husk spawn. But if your taking long to kill them stronger husks will spawn like the Smasher, Flinger, and even the Mini Boss if your more then half way done with the Data.
Once you have all husk trapped you can afk for a while but you’ll have to replace the Wall Luncher and Wall Lights as their durability doesn’t last throughout the whole mission. Your trap’s durability may not be the same as mine because of the Survivor Squads but for me I have to replace the traps when the Data is going to reach 11/16. If your doing a mission that’s not Retrieve the Data then you’ll have to keep an eye on the durability. For my Freeze Trap it lasts throughout the whole mission which is why I don’t replace it, when the mission is over I’ll either see it not their or it will be their but with the durability at 0/62.

Always place the Wall Launchers towards the objective as the majority of the husk will be hitting that structure so on the opposite side you place the Wall Lights.

Some husk might glitch out of the trap but just lure them back in or if you see a husk outside of the trap and he isn’t moving or attacking let him be as he won’t bother you or be any threat.

For me any mission that’s between power 96-116 I’ll activate the Health Booster but anything after 116 I will activate both the Health Boost and Building Boost just to make sure their are no mishaps. But you can use these boost on any power level you want, this is just me.

The missions you can do like this are Retrieve the Data, Evacuate the Shelter (Keep in mind you’ll have to kill a lot of husk in the beginning), Fight the Storm (I don’t recommend doing Categories 2-4), and you can do this on your storm shield but it will be difficult as not all waves are timed some waves are numbered enemies where you have to actually kill husks. You cannot do Ride the Lightning afk as in the second wave of the mission it will be projectile enemies like Pitcher Husk, Blasters, Lobber Husk(bombardments), Zapper Husks(gun shot like attacks), Takers, and Flingers. You can do this for Repair the Shelter and Deliver the Bomb but those missions are long as it is, in my opinion it would be better to do with random people.

Having the Patrol Ward trap is optional, I just use it to not have husks passing by while I build the base.
The Freeze Trap it is a MUST to have all perks legendary, as for the other traps I’ve only increased the rarity to legendary on the perks that have durability and their last perk(Wall Launcher and Wall Lights) increasing the rarity for the rest of the perks is up to you but I’ve never had an issue with where mine are at.

To get the Team Perk Supercharged Traps you need to have the Mythic Constructor Mega Base Kyle, in the Collection Book he’s under Heroes and in Constructors. Also Warden Kyle kind of only helps you heal while fighting off Blasters so instead of him you can use Mega Base Kyle which will expand the use of The Ice King’s ability.

When I do AFK missions I have my party settings on Private because most random players don’t know about this. Since this is so easy you can do this with your friends who are low level to help them get resources or materials as you don’t need anyone’s help.

Lastly enjoy getting really easy rewards.
