Forward Escape the Fold Beta
4Forward: Escape the Fold is a pixel art dungeon crawling roguelike game developed by Two Tiny Dice. At the time of making this video, I had been contacted by the developer to playtest the beta build which is what you are seeing here!
Forward is an easy-to-play, quick pick me up game. It doesn't necessarily hold your hand either. You will have to make wise decisions when it comes to movements, anticipating enemy attacks, item gathering and just overall preparing for the worst to come. You have access to a singular character (again at the time of the playtest, I had access to one at the beginning and unlocked the other two as I progressed.) Without spoiling too much, the game has a lot of potential to be a roguelike players can come back to time and time again.
Be sure to check out the game for yourself and follow the developer for any and all updates. I haven't heard anything on a demo, but I'd imagine the state the game is in, there is a pretty good chance of there being one.
