Any GT Car should work, but the Final Fantasy Quartz Regalia 723 was free so that is what I used. 'Air' skills are when the vehicle is airborne even just for a short time.
I used the hills directly West of the Redstone Gold Mine area and it worked quite well. Overall it took me between 2-3 minutes to do all 20 'Air' skills.
I wiped out a few times and just cut those out of video, but it seems like even if you break the skill chain the 'Air' skill still count.
