Since i have Win X i can play XBox-games and so it was just a matter of time for testing the Forza franchise. Today i saw some offers for FH3-keys for around 20 euro, which would be a good price for a not-every-day-game. So i gave the FH3 demo a try and i recorded the hole session.

To be honest i'm torn between the really good look of the game and the very bad wheel support. But the 2nd is more important to me. So i guess it will stay with this little test.

At the beginning, when i drove the Centenario and the Trophy Truck it felt okay for stock settings. The forcefeedback is for my taste even way better than in TC. The Buggy was still driveable.

But with the Silvia i began to notice how aweful the wheel settings are. In the last part of the video you see how i struggled to get a proper setting for the wheel. On the straight it is more nervous than a crack addict waiting for his next shot and steering in corners is completely indirect and the cars are understeering like hell. Playing around with the settings made it only even worse, unfortunately.

Another point down is the missing shadowplay-support. You need to record the desktop which can ruin the recording. But that is only a minor important point.

Maybe i give it another try when i find a tip for good G27-settings.

So for the moment that is all you will see of me and this game in the near future.
