Turn 10 Studios recently released a patch for the Windows 10 / PC version of Forza Horizon 3. The patch claimed to address performance related issues, including low frame rate and hitching. Now that the patch has been related, has those issues been addressed?

Sadly, I have to say that the performance has not improved. In fact, my frame rates have dropped even lower and more stuttering and hitching have been introduced. Take note of the upper right-hand corner as my FPS drops to -55 and even reaches to 20 FPS for several seconds.

This was tested on 3440x1440, ultra settings with MSAA off.

GTX 1080 SC
16GB DDR4
Windows 10
FH3 installed on SSD
Recent Nvidia drivers.
