Forza Horizon 3 Triple Monitor [Method] Fix 2018.
If you had a hard time understanding what i said in my video
Here's what i did

1.Turn off Nvidia Surround
2. Start up Forza Horizon 3 and go to settings,
3. Set it to 1920x1080 in Window mode
4. Shut down Forza Horizon 3
5. Re-enable Nvidia Surround
6. Start up Forza Horizon 3 go to settings, and set it to your prefer resolution
