-dropping to 720p didn't stop the stuttering that occurs fairly regularly while i was playing. From what i was able to gather the game is very ram hungry and more should help.

Ram: 8gb (6gb usable) DDR4 2933mhz OC
Gpu: Apu Radeon Vega 8 Graphics OC (2gb DDR4 dedicated) 1500mhz core & 1467mhz memory
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Res: 1080p very low settings
