My settings for a relatively stable 60 FPS. V-sync has to be on, otherwise the frame rate is unlocked and stutters are plenty. RT reflections are on on a non RTX GPU because they don't affect general gameplay. It seems that particle effects will affect GPU usage a lot in some scenarios (end of video).
