We can pretty much rule out a 2024 release for Forza Horizon 6. We’re yet to hear anything on the game, and it would be very out of character for Microsoft to surprise drop it at this stage.
What I want from Forza Horizon 6 is A real progression system. Stop showering us with free wheelspins, free cash, free cars. It makes the game boring really quick especially for singleplayer gamers like me because you end up getting your dream cars in 1 - 2 hours. If Playground Games wants to keep this to appeal to the kids, then I say tie it to a difficulty system. Easier difficulties have higher chances of getting wheelspins, cars, cash - whereas e.g. a specific difficulty called "Classic" could be more akin to Forza Horizon 1 with slower progression and more grinding. It just feels way more satisfying when you upgrade from your shitbox to a sports car when you actually grinded and 'worked' for it….
