In the second round of the Caliosteo Cup, we fight Rockin' Billy, who turns out to be the ringleader of the little gang that fabricated the fake monster in order to claim all the fossil rocks from themselves.
He also happens to be an incredibly difficult foe to defeat if you aren't fully prepared. Make sure you have a powerful Fire-type and a powerful Air-type at your disposal.
