20RULES ERRORS:
- I shuffled all of the advisors together when in fact I should have put all the Tier 1 advisors on top of the deck followed by Tier 2 and then Tier 3.
- I falsely believe I can't use a Prestige Building's ability until all goods are delivered to it. In fact the ability is available to a player as soon as that player has made a delivery to it.
