How do I get the Jakeneutron chromatic scale?

Actually it's not a Jakeneutron chromatic scale, actually it's a Steven chromatic scale, I just changed the sound to Jakeneutron's voice (I just realized that Steven chromatic scale was made by HighPoweredKeyz, it should sound similar to HighPoweredKeyz's voice. But I just changed the sound to Jakeneutron, maybe Jakeneutron's voice is similar with HighPoweredKeyz's voice, I know Jakeneutron's original voice from the video "Jakeneutron Plays Dusk Till Dawn (AND YOU CAN TOO!)" while in the video "How You'll Make The Change was made" it could be Jakeneutron's voice that HighPoweredKeyz made).
