Whether you are new to Foxhole or an existing player who hasn't had any involvement in Logistics recently, or ever, this guide is for you. Foxhole can be confusing for new players especially and if you don't have access to a team of experienced Foxhole players with experience of logistics it can be hard to learn logistics in detail. Why it exists. What it entails and how it plays probably the most important part in the war effort.
As a new player over a month ago I have invested heavily in learning the logistics process from SHLD Squad a dedicated logistics squad with many years experience.
This guide specifically walks through the very first stages of logistics gameplay starting with extracting or gathering resources in the form of salvage / scrap, components and sulfur. I look at what you need to use to gather resources, where you can gather them from, and when in the war effort you can utilise each extraction or gathering process. This includes mines, resources nodes, hammers, sledgehammers and harvesters. I also run through the processes involved with transporting and refining these materials into basic materials, refined materials, explosive materials, heavy explosives and diesel. We touch upon how to use oil wells and petrol to accelerate the gathering process also.
Finally we look at which vehicles to use, where to get them from, or make them, and how to retrieve, unpack, fuel and store the vehicles and resource containers touching upon how to use cranes too. What more would you need ?
