In FPse64 1.7.6 the frame limiter tuning option has been a lot of improved and works dynamically

It works for most all games that have music's streaming or audio tracks

For game with synthetized musics then here music tempo will change.

Very fun and also very useful because many time the ps1 games were too easy..

Can also be used for game that need to slowed down framer ate because initially they worked in 25 or 30fps
