As I managed to meet up with krikey for some flights in the wind and cold (although it looked lovely) I took my 220 quad and strapped the Firefly 7s to it so we could compare once again to the GoPro (albeit on the GoPro Session this time)

I got this from Gearbest for £55 on an offer. Obviously this may change, and of course this is also sold at Banggood so be sure to check which gives you the best price (affiliate links are used)

There's some nasty compression artifacts that YouTube has managed to add in (which is why I don't mention it in the video) Everything looked great to me in Final Cut. It does seem to affect the 7s more and so I wondered if the bit rate was worse, but according to Quicktime the 7s does 39.96 Mbit/s and the GoPro Session only 25.04 Mbit/s. So a better sensor/software in the GoPro ?

Standby for the exciting conclusion of all this testing in part 3, when I'll stick this up on a 3-axis gimbal and actually FPV through it
