Fractal Audio's Rev Q7.01 firmware was released this morning. It is so great, in my opinion, that I just had to create a little demo for it immediately. I've used just one of its amp suites that has enjoyed a shot-in-the-arm, the mighty CAE3+, to show off the new Shimmer Drive and Optical Comp 1.
The list of improvements offered in 7.01 is extensive. Axe-FX/AX8 users would do well to visit the Fractal Audio forum, read about the update and download it themselves. I love it and will be updating my touring rigs as soon as possible.
