I got goaded into joining the server today, where Freak Fortress 2 was being tested. I got told by Orphan that I'd be next (the equivalent of Halenext read 1000 points on me) and to expect a surprise. I had an inkling of what it would be, since loldownloads, but it's still... yeah.

Komeiji Koishi's an interesting one. She's sort of like the HHHJr in that she has no Superjump (which is replaced with a long-lasting Dead Ringer) but is balanced out by the weapon doing bleed-out and the rage teleporting you into someone. There's an additional effect that will come into view later on in the video.

Koishi and the theme song is owned by Team Shanghai Alice, the arrange is by dBu Music (a version of which can be found here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nr5TgSyCBNQ), and Freak Fortress 2 is made by Eggman/Rainbolt Dash, whatever he goes by.
