175I've just realized Pilot-X is very similar to Nitrus Oxide from Crash Team Racing.
Both are aliens, both are experienced racers, both have inflated egos, both are very intimidating in appearance, both are final bosses, and they both have hilariously obnoxious voices. The only real differences is that Nitrus Oxide was never playable in CTR whereas Pilot X IS playable in Freaky Flyers
