So I have spent some time looking into fantasy grounds, roll 20, and a few other options. They all have their strengths and weaknesses but as a minimalist who wants something with pure functionality without all the extra bloat I have settled on owlbear.rodeo which is free, browser based and all the functionality I need with no limitations.
