Quite an easy challenge. Takes two playthroughs to complete everything only because of one objective, unless Chad somehow ended up near a fireplace, but all objectives can be done very reliably just as long as you're careful about your own movements and I don't recall encountering any major glitches.

Buggzy, the guy in the wheelchair, will never escape your grab so you can safely grab him anywhere and bring him anywhere to see different kill animations. All counselors can flee very quickly if they're alerted, though, because the map is very small with multiple exits. The terrain doesn't slow down Buggzy's wheelchair either and he's pretty fast on it.
Chad's starting location and where he's heading at the start is random.
