Charley is an ordinary teenager with normal problems, but when a vampire moves in next door his life takes a deadly turn. He feels compelled to reveal the creatures identity, and if he can, kill it. Along the way Charley enlists the help of his girlfriend Amy, his friend Evil Ed and a TV horror show entertainer and actor Peter Vincent.
