2What starts as a peaceful fishing trip quickly turns into a full-blown fantasy quest. In Nice Day for Fishing, you play as Baelin the Fisherman — yes, that Baelin from Viva La Dirt League — dragged into an accidental adventure across the world of Azerim.
In this One Hour Brew, we check out the first 60 minutes of gameplay: fishing duels, spell-slinging, classic RPG dialogue, and more than a few NPCs with way too much to say. It's funny, self-aware, and full of little nods to RPG tropes, especially if you're a fan of Epic NPC Man.
Expect pixel art charm, chaotic side quests, and a healthy dose of satire — all wrapped in a surprisingly competent turn-based system and some pretty weird fishing mechanics.
