Unlike my previous builds, this one I built from the outside-in and then built the engines, Guns etc.. to fit while maintaining a fairly decent amount of armor but much higher speeds and also managed to use my Helicopter though it wasn't of much use other then a Decoy lol, the loadout is:

3x 500mm rail assisted 8meter Sabot Penetrator 25k draw
16x 120mm rail assisted 250mm Sabot Sand blasters 5k Draw/CIWS
1x 49mm CIWS Heavy heads
2x Large Decoys Radar/Flare
14x planar shields
Steam Engine power 200k ish
2x Steam Turbine 2million energy/s ?
Top Speed 40m/s

Dare I say, it actually looks somewhat like a normal...ishhh ship and it floats Very well!.
Never mind the super structure! it Needs MORE GUNS!
