Alright I know I typically make videos about glitches with youtube and all that good stuff. Tonight I felt it was necessary to make a video about something I just noticed tonight!

A while back YT gave certain people(now basically everyone) the privilege to make videos as long as they wanted BUT you had to stay within a certain file size unless you had partnership with YT. Tonight...I made a discovery that knocked ME on my ass because I didn't see it coming.

Here's the question: Is this new privilege(and what it is you have to watch the video for :-p ) something everyone is getting or has gotten and I'm just late to the party or...what?
